The first floor of Chalet Fontana is split between the bar, with its historic counter above which the Negroni was invented, and the Sala Ottone Rosai, named after the prestigious artist to commemorate the coffees he drank here. Today, the room hosts numerous conferences, book presentations and dance performances and is available for the public to book to celebrate birthdays, graduations and special events, for which our staff prepare made-to-order buffets. From a simple aperitif to actual dinners, with special menus created especially for our guests.
